Rapper Example wants to act with Colin Farrell

Rapper and singer Example says he wants to try acting but would need a 'big name' like Colin Farrell to attract him to the project.

"I'm getting film offers for parts and it is something I want to do, I just want to wait for the right part. If I'm going to be in a film, I need a big name attached to it", the musician admitted.

The Kickstart singer added that he intends to follow in the footsteps of fellow rapper Plan B, who made the film Harry Brown with Michael Caine. He said: "I think he waited for the right film, which is obviously with Michael Caine and I think it worked out well for him."

Example, real name Elliot Gleave, is known for his rowdy gigs, which frequently result in fans being lifted over barriers and carried outside.

The Londoner is currently supporting Faithless on their UK tour.
