Filmmaker Deepa Mehta is in Delhi to promote her film, Midnight's children, But even the filmmaker couldn't resist reacting on the rape case in Delhi. But while the government is trying to plug the leaks in the system, why were they there in the first place? The Delhi Government has a convenient excuse of saying they don't have any police force of their own. So the onus falls on no one.
