Imagine if you could get tubed any time you like, on dry land? Say hello to tarp surfing. Just like real surfing, except less good. A flat surface, a skateboard, some tarp and some mates (or passers by) and you're ready for tarp surfing. The sport is showing signs of explosive popularity among the youth despite warnings from environmentalists and safety experts alike.
