After wacthing a Hindi movie

Dark street corner,
I thought, Was just a shelter
in that rainy night
when my car broke down

While the rain kept raining
you kept unrolling your life
after you had realized that
I was not there to buy you

You looked so fresh and innocent to me
even knowing you have sold your body
to so many strangers
because you haven’t sold your love

Your voice slowly faded out
rain seized to a stop
I left the dark street corner
leaving my heart with you
