Ramaphosa admits ANC made mistakes

People want the ANC to improve from its mistakes and serve South Africans. That’s the word from party president Cyril Ramaphosa. Ramaphosa launched the party’s local government election manifesto on Monday and admits the ANC has not always put the best people in positions.
