RAMADHAR: CHANGE APPOINTMENT PROCESS

Attorney-at-law Prakash Ramadhar is calling on the government to use its parliamentary majority to reform the process by which Judges including the Chief Justice are appointed.

Ramadhar believes high office holders, even within the judiciary, should be subject to public vetting and review, to strengthen public confidence in the justice system.

He shared his views during an interview with TV6's Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh.
