Sesame Truffle

- Place 40gms chopped dark chocolate, 20ml heavy cream and 1tbsp Tahini paste in microwaveable bowl.

- Microwave in bursts of 10secs, stirring in between until mixture is fully combined and smooth.

- Chill in fridge until solid.

- Roll into truffle balls and coat in toasted sesame seeds and pink sugar (optional).
