Day 4 // Lavender Logaimat

- Add 125gms sugar to saucepan and cover with 40ml water.
- Add lemon slice and 1tbsp lavender to saucepan.
- Boil for few mins on medium heat.
- Add ¼tsp citric acid.
- Boil for 20-30sec and remove from heat.
- Strain and let cool.
- Drizzle over plain lugaimat and top with edible flower and gold leaf.
