Day 5 // Gahwa Affogato

- Boil 500ml water with 3tsp Arabic Coffee.
- Turn heat down and continue to boil, adding 1tsp cardamom and 0.5tsp saffron.
- After a few minutes, strain into coffee pot.
- Serve in traditional cups and top with small scoop of date ice cream.
