Shakespeare, the fountain head
Of English poetry and prose,
Inspired poets of all ages and nations
Since centuries past,
And would continue to do so
Till humans are turned to dust!

We express our feelings with delight
And praise his works and songs,
Some lines we like more than others,
In expressing preferences, there is nothing
wrong!
But we are no connoisseur,
So let us not try to rate,
His immortal poetic works,
By giving a numerical grade!
Let us not commit this single sacrilegious
act,
For he is the perennial fountain head,
And this is a historical fact!
