COURTSHIP DAYS

Let these days of song and laughter,
last forever hereafter.
May the sweet melodies of our song,
Get wafted across in the cool breeze
of the morn.
We are a pair of courting doves,
Pecking and necking in courtship of love;
Staying awake all night long,
Cooing our delightful love song.
Whispering into one another’s ears
Sweet nothingness of rapturous love,
And daring to dream of a life
without sorrow and tears!
These tender moments dream- like
and free,
Shall live forever as memory!
