Good morning. Most parts are waking up to the gentle sound of rain, light to somewhat heavy showers are falling in most parts of the country... expect to have a rainy morning commute.

Those of us in the upper regions will see showers going away as the day goes on while southern regions will have rain for most of the day with heavy precipitation at times.

Take out your umbrellas, and you will want to dress similar to yesterday, temperatures won't rise much. Let's take a closer look.

Morning lows are kicking off at late teens to low twenties at 18 degrees Celsius in Seoul, Daejeon and Chuncheon.

Rain and clouds will have highs in the low twenties in most parts..ranging between 21 and 23 degrees while Jeju will be warmer at 27.

Today's showers will add a bit of chill to the air. Morning lows will be only hovering around the low teens starting Chuseok holiday. But expect mostly sunny skies throughout the holiday in most regions.
