Rain Storm - Summer Heat

It was hot
And I don’t mean hot
I was on fire
It was hot

All I felt around me
Was statically shot
The temperature?
I don’t know
Like I said
It was hot

The day was blurry
My vision blocked
The sunglasses
Became liquid
That’s right
It was hot

The crows were trying
But the temperature
Would soon drop
Only in the stores
Outside
It was hot

The steam that rose
Wasn’t a pose
I mean no contradiction
But in all honesty
It was damn hot!
