Michelle, the cold spell continued in the nation along with some gusty winds.
That's right Daniel, although our daytime temperatures were up in positive territory today, the piercing wind continued making us feel about 4 degrees lower than the actual readings. As of Thursday afternoon, the nation will be relieved from the cold spell.
Meanwhile, there's a chance of rain mixed with snow in the capital, while the rest of the nation and most nearby countries will gain moderate weather conditions.
But before that, the cold spell will drop our lows down further than today. Seoul will be colder by a degree or so hitting minus 2 degrees Celsius, Chuncheon at minus 8 while the southern cities such as Busan remain in positive territory.
The highs will range between 10 and 14 degrees. Seoul at 10 while Busan and Jeju jump up to 13 degrees.
Thursday's precipitation in the capital will eventually expand across the whole country by Friday and then the sun will come out again over the weekend.
