Rail agency clamping down on theft

South African state-owned enterprises have a reputation for draining government’s purse and costing taxpayers billions. But at rail agency PRASA, the rot seems deep within. Theft and corruption are being investigated by the Organised Crime Unit and PRASA's Protection Services with two people recently arrested.
