Description
The NFL approved the sale of a 7% Raiders stake to Egon Durban and Michael Meldman at an $11.1B valuation — up sharply from the $6.5B valuation when they bought a combined 15% in December 2024. Durban also received right of first refusal on Mark Davis's controlling stake, with buyers subject to a 10% flip tax tied to the team's 2020 Las Vegas relocation.
