Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi's attempt to criticize Prime Minister Narendra Modi's pet project Swachh Bharat backfired on Wednesday when students of Bengaluru's prestigious Mount Carmel College shot back for his remark that the cleanliness programme was not showing results.
