Raclette tortilla

This tortilla is perfect for using up your leftover raclette. Keep your potatoes, leftover cheese slices, and charcuterie, and just add eggs!
A super easy recipe to cut into small pieces for appetizers or enjoy as a dish accompanied by a good mixed salad :-)

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 potatoes
- 5 slices of charcuterie
- 6 slices of raclette cheese
