No waste at Ptitchef, we know how to cook with leftovers ;-) Got some leftover raclette cheese in the fridge? Go for a savory cake! Add some charcuterie, a few potatoes, and you have an easy and quick recipe that we love! A great idea to take on a picnic or when you don't know what to make for dinner on a Sunday night ;-)
Ingredients:
- 6 oz raclette cheese (approximately)
- 3 oz cured ham (approximately, or other charcuterie)
- 1 potato
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup oil
- salt and pepper
