Rachel Henley - Vodka

Why do you always got a bottle of vodka?
The burning sensation is the only warmth I know.
It loves me, when I don't love me.
For small change, I can change and feel nothing.
It's not a bottle of miracles
and isn't the solution,
but it's my only option.

As I stumble into gutters and drains,
I look up to the stars and smirk,
for the mess that I am,
is better than the wreck in pain.
