Racheal LaClair - Suicide

I am upset,
All I hear are lies.

Voices from backstabbers and game players,
begin to work my nerves.

I become annoyed,
by the constant bickering and harrassing.

Anger quickly builds.
My fist clench tightly as my knuckles turn white,
and my face,
RED.

Now anger is visible to those outside of my world.
When the knife enters the cold flesh,
I begin to feel relief from this anger.

I slowly become excited,
yet I remain irritable.

Pills, knifes, and broken glass surround me,
they call my name.
They talk smooth and I feel comforted.
I start to slip beyond reality,
with a bitter,
grainy taste,
I break down.

With tears filling my eyes,
I slowly loosen my grip,
and my body relaxes.

I close my eyes and drift into what feels like a dream,
only to never wake again.
