R80 million spent in two weeks

eNCA can exclusively report this afternoon that the City of Johannesburg grossly violated policies, by spending 80 million rand on COVID-19 emergency procurement. An internal audit has found that the money was spent in the first two weeks of the National State of Disaster. The City says it has implemented measures to stop further abuses.
