Quinoa Dinner Recipe: Chicken Delight!

Here's what you'll need: 1 Head of Garlic 1 Lemon Thyme Mushrooms Asparagus Ground Pepper Kosher Sea Salt Olive Oil Chicken 1 Cup Cooked Quinoa Medium Pan Cereal Bowl Start by trimming off the ends of your asparagus and slicing your lemon in half then put to the side. You can buy pre-sliced mushrooms, otherwise slice them up. Mince up a few cloves of garlic and 5 or 6 sprigs of thyme leaves. Season your chicken liberally with kosher sea salt and pepper. Put your pan over a medium high heat and coat slightly with olive oil. Lay down your chicken and sear for about 5 minutes on each side. Put your chicken to the side then toss in your mushrooms, asparagus, thyme, and season with salt and ground pepper. Add more olive oil if necessary then squeeze your lemons over the veggies. Stir frequently to prevent from burning for a few minutes then toss in your garlic. Add 1 cup of cooked quinoa
