QUARRY IN THE ROAD

Guaracara Tabaquite residents.. are pleading with the Ministry of Works.. to immediately clear a landslide that's significantly obstructing their main road.

They say that just over two weeks ago, quarry operations triggered a massive landslip.. which tumbled onto and mostly blocked vehicular movement.

Reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh went to Guaracara Village where residents burnt debris in protest to signal their frustration.
