1) Maltese are considered to be hypoallergenic and do not shed.
2) For hygienic reasons it's important to keep the hair around a Maltese's tail clipped.
3) Keep the hair around your Maltese's eyes clipped so they can see!
4) When you bathe your Maltese make sure to use plenty of conditioner to keep their coat shiny and tangle free.
5) Be sure to brush your Maltese on a regular basis to avoid tangles and matting.
