Pumpkin Smasher Caught on Camera

Info from Licensor: "After several years in a row of having our pumpkins smashed and our Halloween decorations stolen, we decided to install a security camera on our front porch. The camera captured a video of a young man brazenly smashing three of our 6 and 9-year-old sons' pumpkins in broad daylight! His friends can be heard in the background at the end of the video yelling, 'Let's go!' after the suspect did the damage. Our goal is to identify the person in the video and have him apologize to our sons face-to-face."
