Looking to find something to do with all those pumpkins you bought at a discount? Look no further....Pumpkin Pie! And this is just the beginning.

Original recipe:
1 sugar pumpkin
1 Can Evaporated Milk
6 eggs
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2/3 cup sugar

Cook pumpkin and puree. add to blender and add the rest of the ingredients. Blend till smooth. Makes 2 to 3 pies.
Or, just put in a dish, and bake like normal for crustless (custard) pie.

To make it Keto, substitute the evaporated milk with coconut cream, and the sugar for your favorite substitute. The pumpkin has sugars and carbs of it's own, so this is a high carb/calorie/sugar desert. Small portions!
