Pulsar C (VS) Weapon Review - PlanetSide 2

Today we (re)review the Pulsar C, which is a slow firing, hard hitting carbine available to the Vanu Sovereignty. We break down the stats, move through a couple different ways to set up the weapon, and share some quick advice for using it effectively. I've left the wicked old review in the video description if you're interested. My thoughts on the weapon have changed over the years, and more is known about the 'actual' weapon stats now, instead of having to eyeball and test everything.
