Pug with a Peculiar Potty Practice

Info from Licensor: "This is Doug. Doug is a pure breed black pug. This was like any other normal day for our household. I was hanging the washing out and noticed Doug doing his normal potty routine. He picks his area and backs up onto it. I’ve only ever caught it on video a few times but this one was from start to finish. Doug has this 'I don’t care' attitude which you can clearly see. He has always been a little odd but he prefers doing his business on things. We just gathered it was a dominance thing and never really thought anything about it."
