Puff The Magic Dragon - Wings To Soar

Horses are galloping wind.
On swift feet they carry us,
Mere mortals on their backs.
They are the rushing rivers,
The babbling brooks.
Silly creatures wise beyond their time.
Agless beauty knows no bounds,
Racing over the track,
Jumping over hurtles,
Dancing to the beat of many hearts,
Drumming out a rythem for us to make our own.
Someone to believe in us,
Someone to hold us steady,
Giving us courage we never dreamt we had.
They make the impossible possible.
Man and beast joined as one.
Mind and soul work together,
Linked together through invisible thread,
Silken bonds never to be broken.
Horses give us wings to fly,
Ways to soar above the clouds,
Faster than the eagle,
Higher than the hawk,
Prouder than the proudest man.
Together we stand,
Together we fall.
Win or loose,
We fly.
