Ingredienti:
Per il pudding:
- 900 ml latte
- 1 pezzo di scorza di limone
- 1 stecca di cannella
- 3 croissants
- 4 uova
- 100 gr zucchero
- 3 mele
- 20 gr burro
Per il caramello:
- 70 gr zucchero
- un po' d'acqua
