6 months after the $35 billion mega-merger between Publicis and Omnicom was called off, Publicis cracks another mammoth deal! This time the holding company has agreed to buy digital specialist SapientNitro for a whooping $3.7 billion. Publicis will be paying $25 per share in an all-cash transaction.
