PT Cruiser...Truck...with Sidepipes?

What do you think, rice or cool? While out filming a car review a few weeks ago I saw this very "interesting" looking Chrysler PT Cruiser that's had the back half hacked off to turn it into a truck, along with being finished in matte black with some sidepipes to complete the look...
