Alex meets up with Cross where he has located Taggart in one of the military bases. Alex has to find and consume him in order to gain access to the Reagan.

After taking the form of Taggart, he gets aboard the Reagan and kills the man that was responsible for the Hope Incident, just before he activates the nuclear bomb. Worse is yet to come when Cross reveals himself to be Elizabeth Greene’s son and turns into a supreme hunter.
