After discovering from Agent Griffith that he has delivered Maya to a government scientist named Dr Carson, Heller heads to Rooks’ location to consume Carson’s whereabouts out of him.

He gets Carson location from Rooks without killing him and heads to Base India 96 to look for Carson and force him to give up Maya's location.
