Protestors set off dynamite charges in Bolivia’s capital, La Paz, on Thursday, July 23, blowing an interior ministry door off and likely setting ablaze the adjoining German embassy, government</a> and local reports</a> said. This video shows parts of the half-hour spate of protests by miners and others with Comcipo, an organization representing Potosi province, that broke out after economic development negotiations failed.
