Protesters dance bringing highway to a standstill

Footage has emerged of protesters dancing and blocking a main highway north of Barcelona as locals strike to protest against the jailing of sacked members of the Catalan government.
The video, captured this morning on the C-58 in Sabadell, shows demonstrators performing a traditional Catalan dance in the middle of a road as they shout "Vaga general! (General strike!)", forcing traffic to come to a standstill.
According to latest reports, several roads and railways have been shut down by protesters.
