Protester shower Romney in glitter

Showered with glitter.

A protester threw a cupful of the sparkly stuff at Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney during his campaign stop in Minnesota.

A second man tried to do the same but was stopped by Romney's security.

(SOUNDBITE) (English) REPUBLICAN PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE MITT ROMNEY TAKING OFF HIS JACKET ON STAGE AND SAYING:

"Oh, I've got glitter in my hair. That's not all that's in my hair, I'll tell you that. I glue it on every morning, whether I need to, or not."

The two men, said they were protesting Romney's support for what they called, "hate speech," through his donations to the Mormon church.
