Description
Even before Chief Secretary Farley Augustine read the Budgetary estimates for the Financial year 2023/2024 calls were made by some PNM members for him not to present the budget, but instead, for him and members of his administration to resign.
The calls came when PNM members and supporters gathered at James Park in Scarborough. Elizabeth Williams was there for this report.
