Protect Your Survival Gear before it gets destroyed

You need to protect your survival gear and bug out bag from the elements, mice and insects before you loose it all.

In a moist environment, mold sets in very fast. Even your clothing, tent and sleeping bag will get moldy very fast if they get damp. During hot and humid weather, your gear can rot fast.

You must protect your food from rodents and insects and from rot. Just a few days of a mouse infestation can ruin years worth of survival prepping. I just tossed out about 50% of my survival food stash due to a moth infestation. Sadly moths go for the healthy foods first. Fifty pounds of brown rice was lost to moths, as well as all whole wheat flour and many other products.
