Property sector neutral in Budget 2015

Kenanga Research said that the recently tabled Budget 2015 was a 'non - event' for the property sector as there were no further cooling measures for the sector.

It said that Budget 2015's emphasis was more on increasing home affordability which was largely anticipated.
