Property division to drive earnings - Hap Seng

Hap Seng Consolidated said its property development division will remain as the group's main earnings contributor.

Its managing director, Datuk Edward Lee revealed that the company is set to launch projects with a combined gross development value of one billion ringgit.

Among these projects are high-end serviced residences along Jalan Tun Razak, and mid- to high-end projects in Balakong.
