A clear channel of propaganda machinery must be had. This from a strategy meeting held by the THA Executive Council, with a longer version of the controversial audio leaked on Saturday, and aired on sister station i95.5fm.

On June 16th, the previously leaked version, of two top THA officials allegedly conspiring to use public funds for propaganda purposes, was described in a public briefing led by Chief Secretary Farley Augustine, as a strategy meeting. More in this Elizabeth Williams report.
