After a Pakistani probe panel investigating the Pathankot Terror Attack recommended an FIR against the JEM chief, Masood Azhar, the recommendations have been conviniently overlooked. So while an FIR has been filed against the alleged unknown perpetrators, JEM Chief Masood Azhar's name fails to feature in it.
