Probe against Father Lawrence will continue, says IGP

The police will not drop investigations against Catholic weekly The Herald's editor Father Lawrence Andrew, despite the attorney-general's chambers returning its investigation papers and ordered a more detailed probe.

Inspector-general of police Khalid Abu Bakar said it is "quite common" for investigation papers to be returned after being submitted for the first time to the chambers with instructions to conduct more investigations.
