Uttar Pradesh's Samajwadi Party Government appears to be going slow in probe against Amar Singh. Investigations in the money laundering case against Amar Singh have been further downgraded from Economic Offences Wing to local district police. The Allahabad High Court had in October ordered the state government to get the criminal charges (under IPC) probed by a higher agency
