Principal held, what about tormentors?

A class 5 student died in a school in Kolkata after she was allegedly ragged by her seniors. Angry parents were seen ransacking the school, demanding tough action in the case. The Principal of the school was forced into resigning and arrested. While the principal will appear in a court today the question is what about the tormentors who were responsible for the child's trauma and her eventual death.
