Prateep Sengupta - Conflicts
5 Views • Jun 16, 2014
Description
Fig trees growing tall
Shrubs of endless cactus in the garden
Hiding the morning dews
As from the tender grasses
They slip and fall.
Caught in the whirlpool of erotic passions
The days are spent,
Symmetry is yet miles away
The life is caught in
Morbid wishes and unresolved tensions.
Encrypted music of life is transfused
Into that beautiful physique
Listening to that song shall never cease
Sniffing the same fragrance shall never ease
Toil of exploration shall remain
Awe and wonder must make him
Breathless again and again.
Of all the conflicts it will be an endless relic
Even when time turns it into a neurotic.
