Prachi was born on 12 september 1988 in gujrat .she did her schooling from st joseph convent panchgani and college done from vadgaon pune .she started her career with modeling then she went to balaji telefilms and she made her debut in television from serial kasam se on zee tv .later she participated in dance reality show jhalak dikhla jaa but initially was eliminated but later prachi was awardedthe dancing star in jhalak dikhla jaa 2...later she tried her hand in bollywood for which she made her debut from film rock on later she appeared in film life partner.
