Potato and Cheese Burrito

Description

Ingredients- 1 burrito wrap 2 potatoes 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1 clove of garlic crushed 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Preparation- Mix the potatoes with cheese,salt ,pepper and mix well. Spread the heavy cream on the burrito. Spread the filling of the potato and cheese in the centre of the burrito. Wrap the burrito. Heat the oil and warm up the burrito.
